All quotations are subject to change without notice, unless otherwise stated in advance.

Standard Term
Upon approval of credit, the term net 10 days, net 15 days and net 30 days are available. We will notify you the term after we open and set up your account. All new accounts will start from Net 10 or 15 days. Under certain conditions, special negotiated term can be considered.

Shipping Point

If the price term is FOB national warehouse, you have to pick up the cargo from our national-wide warehouse. If the price term is EDDP City name, we will pay the duty fee and ship the cargo to the warehouse in that city and you will have to pick it up by yourselves. If the price term is DDP your facility, that mean we will arrange to ship the cargo to your facility.

Damages
Report of shortage or damage must be noted on bill of lading.

Sales Tax
Unless we have a valid resale card on file, we are obligated to charge you appropriate sales tax.

Minimum Order
We have no minimum order other than the smallest available package for each product.

Safety/Handling
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have personnel trained in receiving products which require special handling.
